Matt played in the Open International du Haut Poitou at the weekend in France. The course is located between the picturesque towns of Poitiers and Chatelleraut.

He missed the cut by one shot which is his first missed cut of the season. The harsh reality of a pro golf - one shot better and he gets paid.

This left him tied for 44th out of a field of 108.
